What do I do if the buyer never receives the item that I shipped to them?

It's your responsibility to make sure a delivery is sent safely and securely and is received by the customer. You MUST always use registered post or a courier service so that your package is traceable.

Once dispatched, message the customer with the parcel tracking details.

It is in your best interest as the shop keeper to provide good customer service and resolve non-delivery issues as quickly as possible. As you have used registered post or a courier, you can track the parcel, make an insurance claim if the parcel is indeed lost and send a replacement item to the buyer.

If an issue relating to the non-delivery of an item can not be resolved between the members, Little Majlis will mediate. Make sure all correspondence is via the Little Majlis message service so we have a record. Little Majlis reserves the right to debit the sellers account and provide a refund to the buyer if required.
